Built from surviving fragments of Nazi propaganda films made in the Theresienstadt ghetto
between 1942 and 1945, Trains Towards the Night: On the Use of Images examines how
images can transform coercion and death into a believable fiction of normality. The film asks
when an image stops recording reality and begins to fabricate it.
